LOUISVILLE, KY. (THECOUNT) — Royce Buford has been identified as the victim who died after being dropped off at a Louisville hospital while suffering from gunshot wounds Tuesday.
Buford, 28, was rushed into surgery after being transported to KentuckyOne Health Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, located at, Bluegrass Avenue, Louisville, KY, on Tuesday, by private car at around 10:45 a.m.
Life saving measure failed and Buford was later pronounced dead of injuries consistent with gunfire.
Louisville Metro Police Department spokesman Dwight Mitchell said Buford was dropped off around 10:45 a.m. The person who brought Buford to the hospital left in a car. source
Police are still investigating to determine the location of the shooting.
