CHEATHAM COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Jason Anderson of Joelton, Tenn, has been identified as the victim killed in in a crash in Joelton, Cheatham County Tuesday night.
Anderson, 44, of Joelton, Tenn, died in the crash along Highway 41 near Old Ridge Road around 9 p.m., according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
According to a preliminary report from THP, Anderson was traveling southbound on Highway 41, crossed the center line and collided with another car traveling in the opposite direction. source

Joelton is a neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. Joelton is primarily in the northwestern portion of Davidson County along Interstate 24 and junctions with U.S. Route 431, but parts of Joelton bordering Exit 31 of Interstate 24 lie in Cheatham County, according to Wikipedia.
