DAVIS, CA. (THECOUNT) — Hayley Gilligan, of Davis, CA, has been identified as the suspect in the homicide of Davis man, Jamie Kinseth on Saturday.
The Yolo County Coroner’s office confirmed Sunday that Kinseth, 35, was killed in an early morning shooting on F Street, in Davis, Yolo County, CA, Saturday at around 7 a.m.

Police questioned and arrested 29-year-old Hayley Katherine Gilligan on charges of homicide. Gilligan was taken to the Yolo County jail. source
