GOLDSBORO, NC. (THECOUNT) — Terrence Walker, of Goldboro, NC, has been identified as the victim struck and killed while operating a moped early Saturday morning in Goldsboro.
Walker, whose age was not provided, was killed in a collision just before 3 a.m. at the intersection of Olivia Lane and South Slocumb Street, in Goldsboro, NC.
The driver, Lukumon Charles Rasaki, failed to stop after striking Walker and fled the scene. His vehicle was later located at his residence and he was arrested and charged with felony hit-and-run for leaving the scene of the crash.

Rasaki was placed on a $20,000 secured bond and held in Wayne County Detention Center.
He is expected to face a judge Oct. 22.
