COLUMBUS, OH. (THECOUNT) — Robert Coleman has been identified as the body found along I-70 Tuesday morning.
Columbus Police say 42-year-old Coleman wasn’t killed by a car driving on the interstate but they are still trying to learn how the body ended up on the roadway.
Police say the believe someone dumped Coleman near the mound street exit on I-70 eastbound before fleeing. “There were absolutely no signs of trauma that I’ve been told, so nothing… proof of being left there,” Sgt. Chantay Boxill, Columbus Police Spokeswoman source
An autopsy on Coleman is being performed Wednesday.
Anyone with possible information should contact police at 911.
