MALIBU, CA. (THECOUNT) — Ventura County sheriff’s deputies conducted a search warrant raid at the Malibu home of singer Cher Thursday.
The California beach front property belonging to Cher, whose real name is Cherilyn Sarkisian, was served a search warrant at the estate Thursday and an arrest was made, abc7 is reporting.
Sheriff’s officials did not provide many details into the search, other than the arrest that was made. Authorities said the person arrested was someone living with Cher. source
Ventura authorities served the search warrant even though the home is officially located in Los Angeles County.
The singer was not home at the time of the raid as she is currently on tour in Australia.
