DETROIT, MI. (THECOUNT) — A man is dead after a group of men attempted to break into a Detroit medical marijuana dispensary Monday night.
The suspect, who has not been identified, was shot dead while trying to break into medical marijuana dispensary, Motor City Kush, with three others, police say.
Police say an employee at MCK heard an alarm going off. He went to check it out and found a man in the garage. The worked opened fire, striking and killing the suspect.
Four men tried breaking into Motor City Kush near 8 Mile and John R on Detroit’s east side around 11:30 p.m. Monday. According to police, the worker opened fire and fatally shot the man. source
The other three men involved in the attempted break-in took off and are still at large.
