LEGGETT, NC. (THECOUNT) — Keith Earl Williams, 25 of Tarboro, has been charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of a small town mayor and his wife Thursday.
Leggett, NC., officials have identified, Mayor Gary Skelton and Jackie Dawn Skelton, as the couple found dead in a Leggett home.
