ROCKY TOP, TN. (THECOUNT) — Christy Viola Comer, of Rocky Top, TN, has been identified as the suspect arrested and charged in the death of an 83-year-old man.
JC Copeland, 83, was found dead outside of his home on Friday morning.

Comer was charged with criminal homicide in the death of Copeland. No other detail on the arrest were provided.
The case is currently being investigated as a homicide, according to police.

Comer was taken in custody and transported to jail where she’s being held on $1,000,000 bond.
