LOGAN, WV. (THECOUNT) — CJ Justice, of Greenville, SC, has been arrested early Friday morning following a deadly shooting that happened on Dingess Street Thursday night.
“Wallace” Justice was apprehended on High Street early Friday morning, according to West Virginia State Police.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials said Justice was considered to be armed and dangerous, and possibly travelling in a 2000 Lincoln Town Car with a West Virginia plate: WTI1207.
