PHOENIX, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Phoenix police are investigating after at three teenagers were killed in an early Sunday morning crash.
Driver, Nijah Chibeast, 18, was killed along with a 16-year-old, and a 17-year-old passenger in the tragic crash that occurred just before 12:30 a.m. near 23rd and Dunlap avenues, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Several other teens, who were not identified because of their age, were critically injured in the horrific wreck.
According to capt. Jake Van Hook with Phoenix Fire Department, two 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old were all taken to local trauma facilities in stable condition after the crash. source
No details have been released on the cause of the crash.
