SAN DIEGO, CA. (THECOUNT) — Family of 32-year-old Isaac Castillo confirmed he passed away at a local hospital Sunday due to injuries he sustained in a vehicle accident.
Department of Public Safety is investigating the single-vehicle accident that occurred east of San Diego on TX-44 and Co. Rd. 160 in Alice, TX, Saturday afternoon.
Castillo was traveling in a black pickup heading east when he lost control and flipped over. His vehicle landed on its roof in the brush. source
Castillo was alone in the vehicle.
He was transported to hospital via ground ambulance where he later passed away.
