MS Men Found Shot Dead Sunday In Jackson Vehicle Identified

JACKSON, MS. (THECOUNT) — Nathaniel Rashad Allen, and Kenyatta McGee, have been identified as the victims of a double-fatal shooting shortly before 4:00 a.m. Sunday.

Allen, 22, and McGee, 26, were named as the two men confirmed dead inside a vehicle that sustained gunfire near 1200 West Road, in Jackson, MS, Sunday.

According to a tweet from JPD,

Officers responded to the scene after receiving a call from Baptist Medical security of a vehicle accident involving a pickup truck. source

When officers arrived, they found the truck just off the roadway that appeared to have been struck by gunfire.

Both victims appeared to have several gunshot wounds to their person.

They were pronounced dead at the scene.

No motive is known at this time. No suspects were announced.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call police at 911.
