WASHINGTON, DC. (THECOUNT) — Christian Broder, the general manager of Millie’s Spring Valley, in D.C., has died in an Atlanta hospital after being identified as the man shot while waiting for an Uber with a group of friends.
Broder, who was in Atlanta attending a wedding, died after being shot while waiting for an Uber with three others on July 8.
The group said they were waiting for an Uber when they mistook a car that had pulled up at their location. Instead, the group was robbed by a 17-year-old and Broder was shot in the abdomen.
Jayden Myrick, 17, was arrested by the Atlanta Police Department and faces a slew of charges in connection with the crime. source
Broder had been listed in critical condition since the shooting.
