SUN PRAIRIE, WI. (THECOUNT) — Firefighter and The Barr House tavern owner, Cory Barr, has been identified by a union leader as the Wisconsin man killed in a Sun Prairie gas explosion.
Barr was present when a contractor punctured a natural gas line in downtown Sun Prairie on Tuesday evening, leading to an explosion and ensuing fire that damaged at least five buildings, including the Barr House, which Barr owned.
The Barr House is located at, 100 W Main St, Sun Prairie, WI.
