OVERLAND PARK, KS. (THECOUNT) — Todd Davis, of Lee’s Summit, MO, has been named as the victim of a fatal Overland Park, KS, shooting that occurred near an elementary school Tuesday.
Davis, 48, died from injuries suffered in a shooting that involved a contractor and two workers tasked with installing new turf at Overland Park elementary school.
Overland Park police on Wednesday identified the victim of Tuesday’s shooting in Overland Park as Todd Davis, of Lee’s Summit. source
A second victim identified as 54-year-old Efren Gomez, was critically injured in the shooting.
A suspect is in custody pending charges.
