TOLEDO, OH. (THECOUNT) — Ohio woman, Ebony Carter, has been named as the shooting victim who later died at the hospital.
Carter, 37, was shot near Pinewood Ave., & N Hawley St., Toledo, OH., around midnight.

She was transported to an area hospital by a private car.
She was later pronounced dead.
