PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL. (THECOUNT) — A 16-year-old has died after plunging from the 17th floor of Panama City Beach Emerald Isle Condominiums.
Little information has been released on the death.
According to the Panama City Beach Police Department, they found the teen lifeless on the pool deck of Emerald Isle Condominiums about 11 p.m. source
The investigation is ongoing, but police do not suspect foul play.
