The body Mitzi Mari Babb, the Florida woman reported missing since Tuesday, has been located in southern Georgia.
A Department of Natural Resources helicopter search pilot spotted a woman’s body floating in a waterway Friday, according to a news release.

Babb’s boyfriend, Jeffrey Michael Morrison, 42, previously named as a person of interest in the Florida park ranger’s disappearance, was taken into custody Thursday night in Hamilton County, Florida.
Investigators said Morrison was involved in an armed burglary and attempted arson Thursday in Peach County, Georgia. Authorities caught up with him at the White Plains Agricultural Weight Station on Interstate 95, where he was arrested on warrants for both those charges. source
Babb, 43, was last seen around 5 p.m. Tuesday at her place of work located in Brooksville.
