NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (THECOUNT) – Chase Terrill has been named as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle TX-226 crash Monday afternoon.
Terrill, 22, from Apple Springs, TX, was killed when the truck he was operating drove off the roadway and rolled over before striking a tree and catching fire.
Three other people riding in the vehicle at the time of the crash were transported area hospitals.

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) investigated a one vehicle crash this afternoon on FM-226 about two miles south of SH 103.
The preliminary crash investigation indicates at about 4:30 p.m., a 2011 GMC pickup was traveling north on FM 226 when the truck drove off the roadway to the right and rolled over before striking a tree and catching fire. source
The condition of the three passengers was not immediately made available.
This crash remains under investigation.
