There definitely is something going on above his eyes. Makeup would be less obvious. Glueing on fake eyebrows is just weird. Thanks for your answer.

Jim, Thanks for your question and thanks for visiting THECOUNT.COM. IF he is wearing press-on eyebrows it could be because his own are light in color and maybe he wants to look more expressive or powerful? Again, not sure if he is but that’s all I got! :)
