Cindy Crawford Says Goodbye To The Beach Sells Malibu Home After Slashing Price $5M

Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber are officially leaving the beach, having sold their coveted Malibu beach home.

The secluded 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom estate sits on a park-like setting and was recently sold after being slashed $5 million for quick sale.

The ocean-view home, built in 1944, also features a tennis court, a fire pit, infinity pool, panoramic views of the ocean and a path to the golden sand beach.

Crawford and company recently paid $12 mil for a new residence located in posh Beverly Hills, said TMZ.
