Julius Trotter was arrested in the Los Angeles area in connection to a double-stabbing murder at Circus-Circus Hotel and Casino In Las Vegas.
Trotter, 31, was named as a suspect in the killings and was taken in custody in Los Angeles late Wednesday evening.
