Robeson County attorney, Patrick Adam Pait, has been identified as one of two people killed Sunday in a crash near Fayetteville.
Pait, 34, was killed in a violent head-on crash that occurred on on Cumberland Rd., between Hopedale St., and Spell Dr., around 4 p.m.
Pait was appointed the county attorney in 2014, following a career as a lawyer in Lumberton, the Robesonian reported. He was a Lumberton High School graduate. source
The driver of the other vehicle, who has not yet been identified, was also killed in the crash.
