Firstly, we wanted to be a little bit careful covering this story considering the subject matter, an ugly tattoo, could have represented a beloved family member. In which case, we would all need to step back and maybe just let it be. But, and that’s a big but, we found out it’s not a family member at all.. It’s a former costar.
Former “That’s So Raven” star, Orlando Brown, is clearly partaking in something other than the afterglow of a brand new tattoo. Be that as it may, we all need to question his decision to ink what is supposed to be his former costar, Raven Symone, all up and over his chest.
