Alyssa Binns has been identified as the York, PA., woman killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening, reported York County Coroner, Pam Gay.
Binns, 25, of Spring Garden Township, was operating in a vehicle that was traveling on Interstate-83 in Shrewsbury Township, PA., around 8:30 p.m., when the fatal crash occurred.
Binns reportedly struck the rear of a dump truck that was parked in a highway construction zone. The fatal crash occurred about two miles north of the Maryland line.
Binns was pronounced dead at the scene.
Further information on this incident was not made immediately available by authorities.
