Garrett Dolan has been named by the Houston Baptist University as the student who passed away suddenly Sunday.
HBU senior and Huskies linebacker, Dolan died unexpectedly Sunday at an undisclosed location. No further information on his cause of death was immediately released.

Dolan was a two-time All-American, four-time All-Southland Conference selection and posted the seventh-most tackles in Football Championship Subdivision history.
“The entire HBU community is grieving,” said the university’s Athletic Director Steve Moniaci. “We know the Bible tells us that for each of us there is a time, we are saddened that his time came so young. We pray for Garrett, his family and friends; and for his teammates and classmates as we all work to understand this loss.”
Details of Dolan’s funeral arrangements will be released at a later time in the near future.
