State troopers have identified Joyce Albright as the driver killed in a head-on crash Saturday morning. Another person was injured in the incident.
Albright, 23, was traveling on Shelby Highway near Blacksburg around 6:25 a.m. when the fatal crash occurred.

Investigators said a car traveling north crossed the center-line and hit an SUV head-on. The driver of the car died at the scene and the driver of the SUV was airlifted to the hospital. source
The coroner said Albright was not wearing a seat belt.
An autopsy has been scheduled.
