Terrena Carson of Harrisburg, PA., has been identified as the victim in a serious that crash closed down all northbound lanes of Interstate 83 in Harrisburg Wednesday night.
EMS crews were dispatched to the scene a crash involved a tractor trailer, a truck, and at least three other vehicles around 9:50 p.m. Carson, 43, was later pronounced dead at York Hospital on Wednesday.

Initial reports from State Police say that Carson was driving a Jeep and was involved in the second of two crashes. Carson’s Jeep was reportedly struck by a tractor trailer after that tractor trailer had hit a disabled pickup truck. The Jeep proceeded to crash into a tow truck before flipping on its side. source
