Fayetteville Police have arrested 16-year-old Taji Elliott in connection with the shooting death of Karon Howard.
Police said, Elliott, 16, of Pembroke, has been arrested and charged with murder after Howard, 18, was found shot dead in a vehicle on Cliffdale Rd & S Reilly Rd Fayetteville, NC., April 8.

Elliott was charged with first-degree murder and discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle causing serious bodily injury.
