LeBron James is doing all that he can to help push the Cleveland Cavaliers to the next round of the postseason, including using his face.
There was a ‘bump’ in the road in the second quarter against the Indiana Pacers after James drove on the baseline towards the basket before meeting the elbow of Thaddeus Young.

Following colliding with Young’s elbow, James came up with some blood just above his left eye.
