Frank Eugene Martinez Jr. has been identified as the suspect in Thursday’s homicide of 71-year-old Robert Belman, say the Pima County Sheriff’s Office.
Martinez Jr., 34, was arrested Friday morning for the murder of Belman. Belman’s truck was found in the vicinity when authorities located and appended Martinez Jr.
Martinez is charged with 1st degree murder, 2nd degree burglary, kidnapping and unlawful use of transportation. source
