The York City Police are investigating an early-morning shooting that left one man dead.
Luis Inoa, 27, from Shenandoah, PA., has been identified as the man killed in a targeted shooting.
Sunday morning around 12:45 am, police responded to South Duke Street at South Street in York and found a man dead from gunshot wounds. Dispatchers say the shooting happened around 12:45 A.M. Saturday. One neighbor told local news outlets that he heard about 30-shots ring out.
This was not a random shooting, and according to police, the victim and suspects knew each other.
