Alec, 24, was identified as the victim after Columbus Police confirmed three people were injured, one person mortally, in an incident that occurred near 480 Andrews Rd, Columbus, GA.
Spencer died at 4:46 a.m. at Piedmont Columbus Regional Health. He was one of the three people were shot this morning, confirmed Columbus Chief Deputy Coroner Freeman Worley.
