Louisville woman, Loren Sparks, is facing a murder charge after KY man, Michael Winters was killed outside Crown Liquors in Okolona last month.
Sparks, 19, is the second person charged with murder in connection with the death of 22-year-old Winters.
Sparks faces charges of murder, tampering with physical evidence and trafficking in marijuana.
James Edward Joiner III shot at two men outside the liquor store located at 5930 Cooper Chapel Rd, Louisville, KY 40229, in the early morning hours of Feb. 18, 2018.
Police found Winters outside the liquor store after the shooting. He died at University Hospital a short time later. Joiner was arrested on Feb. 21.
The second victim, who survived, was taken to the Okolona Fire Station on Preston Highway by a pizza delivery driver. That victim has not been identified. source
An arrest report says Sparks drove to and from the scene of the shooting, and arranged to deliver a pound of marijuana.
Sparks is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $100,000 bond.
