TheCount.com has obtained a booking photo of Lindsay Marie Behrendt, the Texas woman killed when her car crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler on Interstate 10 early Saturday morning.
Police say an 18-wheeler was traveling on I-10 and approaching Pfeil Road, Schertz, TX, around 1 a.m. Saturday, when Behrendt slammed into the back of the big rig in her SUV at a high rate of speed.
Behrendt was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. source
TheCount.com has learned Behrendt was arrested on Feb 2 for theft. She has several arrests on her record dating back several years.

While I appreciate the sentiment of your thoughts being with the friends and family of this young lady, was it truly necessary to report that she had recently been arrested for theft or that she had other arrests on her record? Perhaps her mother and family were not aware of this. Do they need to be told now? Does it matter? I ask this in sincerity as this young woman is dead and her family is left behind and wants to remember all the good things they knew about her, just like everyone with a loved one that is gone too soon.
