CA Food Bank Director Mike Donaghy Found Murdered Stockton

The community of Stockton, CA., is reeling after learning of the murder of Mike Donaghy, the well known executive director of the Stockton Emergency Food Bank.

Officials have launched a homicide investigation after Donaghy, 60, was found dead in one of his rental properties.

Mike Donaghy’s body was discovered in one of his rental properties on Valley Oak Drive around 3:45 a.m. Friday. The Stockton Police Department reports the 60-year-old’s death was initially deemed suspicious in nature.source

Following an autopsy, Stockton officials ruled his death a homicide.

Donaghy made local headlines over the Thanksgiving holiday after the food bank received a check for $10,000.

No motive or suspect information has been reported by the police department.
