Daughter, Pamela Crouch-Mitchell, pictured and remembered her dad on Facebook, saying he was a Vietnam vet who was the proud recipient of both the Purple Heart and Silver Star medal.

“This is and was My Hero He Loved God and His Wife Jimmie Crouch, Daughter’s and His Grand kids. He served His Country in Vietnam. He received Honorary metals [sic] Purple Heart and Silver Star. He died doing what He Loved Riding His Harley Davidson. Not on the Porch or in a Chair. We Love You Daddy”
