The bridge that connects North Dakota and Minnesota in Harwood has been shut down by police who arrived in numbers.
This comes as police have been searching for then-pregnant, 22-year-old Savanna Greywind. She was reported missing August 19th. An abandoned newborn believed to be hers was found in a Fargo apartment building on Friday.

Greywind was 8 months pregnant at the time of her disappearance. Since then, a newborn baby was found in the apartment building where she was last seen. Also, two people, Brooke Lynn Crews and William Henry Hoehn, have been arrested, charged with conspiracy to commit kidnapping. source
William Hoehn and Brooke Crews were taken into custody and charged with conspiracy to commit kidnapping – a class A felony – on Thursday. Police discovered the baby as they carried out the warrant on the apartment.
