Elizabethtown Police say they’ve arrested KY man, Charles M. Ball, charging that he sexually abused two elderly male residents at an assisted living facility. Ball is an employee at Tender Touch Senior Services, Inc.
According to an arrest report, Ball, 62, entered the room of two elderly male residents at Bluegrass Assisted Living, in Elizabethtown, uninvited and rubbed their legs, before fondling their private areas and attempting to commit other lewd acts.

Ball was visiting the home, when he walked into two separate rooms of two elderly male residents without their permission, police say.
“The two residents did not consent to the sexual contact,” the arrest report states. “Both live in the facility due to needing assistance on a daily basis.”
Police say Ball was confronted about the alleged crime and confessed to touching them inappropriately. He was arrested on Tuesday afternoon and charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
He is currently being held in the Hardin County Detention Center.
