Lorenzo Carter has been identified by the Mississippi Highway Patrol as the man killed Thursday on Interstate 55 south of Crystal Springs in Copiah County. He was 64.
Carter, of Clinton, Miss., was heading north when his pickup truck ran off the road.
Carter was thrown from the truck when it overturned. There is no word on if Carter was wearing a seatbelt. Emergency officials rushed him to a hospital in Copiah County. He died shortly after arriving. source
