13-Year-Old Non-English Speaking Refugee Goes Missing In SLC

Fox13Now is reporting that teenage refugee, Ruberwa Dieudonne, has gone missing in Salt Lake City Utah.

SLC PD are asking for the public’s help in locating the missing and endangered juvenile, who they say does not speak English.

Dieudonne, 13, reportedly suffers from some sort of disability, however the Salt Lake City Police Department did not elaborate.

Police released a photo, the teen’s name and age, but offered no information on when he was last seen or his country of origin.
