Luis Casillas, has been named as the teen from Rush, Colo. who died in an accident on Thursday night.
Casillas, 19, was traveling in a Hyundai along Highway 94 when he swerved into the oncoming traffic and crashed head-on with a Ford F-150. The accident occurred two miles east of Ellicott.
The crash happened just before 10 p.m. The man inside the Ford was taken to Memorial Hospital. His condition is unknown. Speed, alcohol/drugs, and texting are not considered to be factors in the crash.
It is still under investigation.
