The following photo is believed to be, David Warren Booth, the South Carolina man involved in a single-vehicle motorcycle collision on Wednesday.
Highway Patrol troopers said Booth, 33, was traveling north on US 221 on a 1998 Honda motorcycle when it ran off the right side of the road, and struck a pole. The crash was reported just before 2:50 p.m. on U.S. 221 near Sheena Drive.
The motorcyclist died from injuries sustained in the crash, according to the Highway Patrol. Booth, of Woodruff, was pronounced dead at 3:16 p.m. at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. h/t
Witnesses told police that another person was riding on the motorcycle with Booth at some point before the incident. The unidentified person was not involved in the deadly crash and did not stay on scene.
Police said they were interested in speaking with the unknown individual and anyone with information on the incident is urged to contact them.
TheCount.com obtained the above photo of Booth via mugshots.com. According to records, he was arrested on Christmas day, 2016, on a single “trespass after notice” charge.
