The Lehigh County coroner has identified Desiree Wien, as the woman who died in Upper Macungie Township. State police are calling the death “suspicious.”
Wien, 58, was pronounced dead at her residence in the Fairways at Brookside Condominiums around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
State police, the coroner’s office and the district attorney’s office are investigating.
State police said they do not have any suspects as of Wednesday afternoon, but per protocol, they are questioning the person who called in the death of the woman, who is believed to be her boyfriend.
