Crews from the Greenfield police and fire departments responded to a crash around 3 p.m. Friday near Hancock Regional Hospital. That’s near North State Street and East Boyd Avenue.

The church bus was traveling northbound and overturned, but investigators are still working to determine exactly what caused the crash.

The drivers of the other two vehicles are fine. Church officials are working to contact parents of the children involved; thus, police have not yet released the name of the church whose bus was involved.

Authorities say State Street will be closed for two to three hours between McKenzie Road and Park Avenue.
