DIRTY DINING: IHOP Jimmy John’s Among 16 Phoenix Area Eateries On Dreaded D-LIST

From “Cockroaches in the sink,” to “food from an unknown origin,” a total of 16 Phoenix area restaurants made the dreaded D-list after surprise inspections compliments of the Maricopa County Department of Health.

The MCD findings were republished on their official website which including the follow eateries failing to score a “C” or better:

All of the following offending hash joints were hit with “priority violations,” a major violation that directly contributes to increasing the risk of foodborne illness or injury.
