Tanya Albrecht is accused along with another person of stealing a hearse that contained a body, then dumping the dead body out into a Brazos County, Texas, intersection.
According to reports, Albrecht, 28, or her cohort, Adam Crow, 27, pushed the body out of the moving vehicle in the middle of an intersection as they made their getaway.
A contractor for the funeral reportedly left the hearse for short amount of time and 28-year-old Tanya Albrecht stole the vehicle. It was spotted by a Brazos County Sheriff’s deputy who found Albrecht and Crow inside.
Both are facing charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Albrecht has also been charged with “abuse of a corpse.”
