A Chase Bank employee at a Columbus, Ohio branch confirmed there was a nationwide online outage, and the company was working on the problem.
“Chase Support: We’re working to restore access to our website and mobile app. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.”
Customers attempting to login on the website got an error message. Using the mobile app showed an “N/A” for account balances, prompting a lot of questions, concerns, and of course jokes online. source
