HUNTED TV Show Turns Cast Members Into “Fugitives” Investigators Into “Hunters”

A new reality show called Hunted is now playing to a large audience on CBS. The competition TV show is unlike any other as it pits cast members, also known as, “fugitives” against investigators or “hunters.”

Nine teams of “fugitives” must evade capture for 28 days while being hunted down by a command center and teams of “hunters.” The fugitives are given an allowance of $500 disbursed in increments of $100 and the money is provided on a traceable ATM card.

RULES: There are nine teams of two who are the “hunted”, aka the fugitives, and they are hunted down by trained professionals and investigators. They must evade capture for 28 days. CBS lists the following as the five major rules in the competition:
– Fugitives must stay within a 100,000-square mile hunt zone.
– Fugitives will be given a one-hour head start before Hunters are alerted.
– Fugitives are provided limited funds.
– Command Center is given only a name, photo, and last known location.
– Fugitives that evade capture win $250,000 per team.
